They don't need all the answers. Just somewhere to start.
Whatever journey they're on, Soluna gives your students a place to start. Our state-funded mental health platform includes 1:1 professional coaching outside school hours, self-care activities like goal setting for building healthy habits, and educational content on topics that matter to young people — at no cost for ages 13 to 25*.
*Services vary by state.

Support your students through back to school, and beyond
Soluna was designed with and for young people to navigate challenges — no cost, insurance, or waitlists necessary. We supplement school resources to keep your students engaged and supported, at no cost to schools, families, or students thanks to state funding.

Building skills to stay engaged
Soluna’s library of content and self-care tools support teens in turning life's challenges into chances for growth. Inspired by positive psychology, our evidence-based resources urge students to embrace their strengths, values, and goals as they head back to the classroom.

Nurturing confidence through connection
A new school year can mean starting over socially too. Soluna’s moderated community forums help youth hear from peers who know what they’re going through. Whether sharing a story or offering encouragement, every comment is reviewed before being published to keep things safe and supportive.

Real help finding real-world support
It’s hard to focus when school is competing with basic needs. Soluna’s resource finder helps young people search for and connect with low- or no-cost services in their area for food, shelter, medical emergencies, or even therapists for ongoing support.

Resources that speak their language
Teens can connect with a trained Soluna coach or licensed therapist* whenever they need someone in their corner. No insurance needed, no waitlists, and absolutely no cost — just open, judgment-free support via our web or mobile app.

Frequently asked questions
Yes! Soluna helps schools fill gaps and offer additional layers of support for students during holiday and summer breaks. Seven days a week, students can visit Soluna's moderated peer community to connect and explore challenges, or they can access 1:1 coaching and counseling for help processing situations and feelings.
Yes. To access peer forums and 1:1 support, first name, last name, and an email address are required, but at no time is it visible to users in the platform. Users cannot chat directly or share personal contact information.
Our platform is designed to provide a confidential and youth-centered space where young people can access mental health support without fear of stigma. As a result, the user experience in the app is confidential unless there is a safety concern.
When Imminent Risk is identified in asynchronous content, a member of our team will send a message with crisis resources, seeking additional identifying information, and encouraging them to connect with us to better address the risk. If a risk is identified and the young person is under the age of consent in their state, our clinicians follow state-mandated reporting laws and duty-to-warn obligations, which may include contacting a parent or caregiver when necessary to ensure the young person’s safety.
No phone? No worries. The web version of Soluna lets teens connect with mental health support whenever they need it — right from a browser.
Soluna follows all applicable state laws related to parental consent. Depending on your state and the age of the student, they may need parental consent to use Soluna or request 1:1 professional support.
Soluna doesn’t replace what you’re already doing, it just amplifies it. It’s designed to fill the gaps when your resources aren’t available. It also helps reach students who may not feel comfortable accessing in-person support, or those who are navigating barriers like cost or stigma.
Soluna isn’t just more screen time for developing brains. It’s intentional, supportive, and designed for mental wellbeing. Unlike social media, it’s a secure space where students can build skills, find support, and take care of their mental health in ways that authentically fit their lives.
