Support for the young person you love
Every young person deals with hard days — and having somewhere safe to turn can make all the difference. Soluna is a free, confidential mental wellbeing space built specifically for young people aged 10 to 25, designed to sit alongside the support you already give at home.

How Soluna can help your family
- Free, no strings attached. No referral, no waitlist, no cost — just free and flexible wellbeing support.
- Built for young people, not adapted for them. Every tool, article, and conversation is designed specifically for a young audience, not repurposed adult content.
- Confidential, but not out of reach. Soluna gives young people a private space to open up, while still encouraging connection with trusted adults in their life.
- A qualified team, not an algorithm. Every practitioner is a real, qualified professional — never a bot.
